Downsizing

Like thousands of families around the UK one of our children is off to University in a few days to continue his academic life in further education. With only one child left to leave the nest “downsizing” is something we have carefully considered, the only trouble is that when you get to our age you tend to have a lot of baggage and our loft, garage, and shed is full of stuff we (my wife actually) doesn’t want to part with. This is in addition to what is in the house itself of course. So in the meantime, until we can find a small house with a massive loft and three-car garage I guess we will be staying put.

The old adage “You can’t fit a quart into a pint pot” doesn’t always apply, take our medical All-in-One computers and battery powered workstations for instance; in smaller 21” and 19.5” format yet are packing the same power as their 22” and 24” cousins with an Intel® Pentium® Gold or Core™ i-processor, Microsoft® Windows® 10/11 IoT Enterprise operating system, Fanless, space-saving all-in-one design with antimicrobial enclosure, VESA compatibility to maximize installation flexibility, ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1 certified, and IP65-rated front panel.
