Early last year the management team started looking at how we could grow our service and repair business and started with the question; "What would users of our products, your customers, see as a key advantage to their business?"
Almost everything comes back to money, and some of your customers have invested manythousands of pounds in our devices over the years, so protecting that investment and lengthening the life of that equipment would potentially release cash to the business. We have been developing a product that will do that: the Sumo Advantage.
